Fleming College wants you to get the most from your college experience so we invite you to become part of our residence community. Living on campus can make it easier for Fleming students to become part of college life.
You don't have to worry about:

- Hook-up and connection fees for internet provider and cable in the living room

Parking
Residents who are bringing a vehicle to the Frost Residence must purchase a parking permit. Residence parking is limited and permits will be issued on a first-come first-served basis. Overnight parking is only permitted in this lot. Print, complete and return the parking application before arriving. After arriving parking permits can be purchased at the cashier's office on campus. Inform them you will be living in residence.
All guests and residents temporarily in possession of a vehicle are required to purchase a short-term parking pass. Daily, weekly and monthly passes can be purchased at the residence office.

Residence Fees
Residence fees are based on two, 15-week consecutive semesters. Fees below are effective September 2008. For other stay durations and rates, contact the office.
- Application Processing Fee - $50 (non-refundable after April 7, 2008)
- Caution/Key Deposit – $350
- Residence Council Fee – $20
- Frost Residence: – $4,768* (two 15-week consecutive semesters )
* These fees are based on paying residence fees in full. Fees not paid in full are subject to a $50 installment fee per semester.
Residential Network (RezNet)
Every bedroom is directly connected to the Fleming College network, providing access to email and Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Though intended primarily for academic-related usage, residents are able to use the Internet to chat with friends and family, get involved in online culture, or take part in other forms of recreational surfing. RezNet is included in the residence fees. RezNet volunteers are available to help you get connected to RezNet and answer any questions you might have. RezNet Policies & Procedures must be followed at all times. All you need to take advantage of RezNet is a computer that meets the minimum system requirements (see below):

- Windows 9X, ME, 2000, XP, Vista (Resident must have own OS CD-ROM)
- 32 MB of Memory
- CD-ROM Drive
- SVGA Monitor
- 10/100 Ethernet Adapter
- Anti Virus Software installed
- Ethernet Cord/Cable (not provided by the college) at Sutherland Residence Village only
All students in residence MUST have up-to-date virus protection software running on their computers. If you want to prevent a trip to a computer store to remove unwanted viruses make sure you install the anti-virus software updates a minimum of once a week. Students can borrow a CD from the office to install AVG Anti-Virus software.
