Health Services at Fleming

The Health Services of Fleming College promote wellness through education and preventative health measures. In addition, we provide confidential primary nursing care for the entire College Community. We are a client centered service that strives to treat all health consumers with respect and dignity.

Services

  • On-site nursing care by a Registered Nurse
  • Part- time Physicians’ clinics on campus
  • Health education, counselling and testing for: birth control, STI’s, HIV/AIDS
  • Travel health information
  • Blood donor clinics on campus twice a year (Sutherland campus)
  • Flu vaccine clinics
  • Annual health fair
  • Assistance for the completion of the Immunization and Communicable Disease Review Form

  • Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Emergency Department
  • Sexual health clinics
  • Ross Memorial Hospital, Emergency Department and After Hours Clinic
  • Community Walk-In Clinics (Lindsay, Cobourg, Port Hope)
