Getting Ready for Graduation

All students completing their program of study after June 2007 will graduate in the 2008 Convocation ceremonies. Diploma/Certificates are not issued prior to the Convocation ceremony. For students who do not attend Convocation, credentials will be held in the Registrar’s Office for pick-up one week after Convocation. After this time, they will be mailed. Please make sure the College has your up-to-date address on file. The College assumes no responsibility for items lost in the mail.

After you complete your program of study, your academic transcript will be evaluated by the Records Department in consultation with the Program Co-ordinators. All students are considered potential or conditional graduates until after the final review has been completed. You will receive a final transcript in the mail which will indicate your diploma or certificate status.

Diploma/Certificate: The name that appears on the diploma or certificate will be what is currently on your file. Only formal names will be used on the document. Please make sure we have the correct spelling of your name. There is a $25.00 fee for a replacement diploma or certificate.
