Haliburton School of The Arts

Peter Kolisnyk is a member of The Royal Canadian Academy. He was lecturer and director of the art program department of multidisciplinary studies, Glendon College, York University, Toronto from 1975-96. He has taught in galleries, schools and community workshops in Toronto and east-central Ontario since 1962. Peter has exhibited extensively in group and solo exhibitions in Canada and the US. His work is in public collections including the Art Gallery of Ontario, Winnipeg Art Gallery, Canada Council Art Bank, Centennial Collection, Ontario Arts Council, Robert McLaughlin Gallery, Gallery Stratford, Agnes Etherington Gallery, the Queen's Silver Jubilee Art Collection, the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art in Chicago and the Art Gallery of Northumberland, Art Gallery of Hamilton, Art Gallery of Peterborough, Art Gallery of Whitby, Diploma Collection - Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour.
